Remodeling Process
| GETTING STARTED | |
| a. | Gather a scrapbook of notes, photos, and articles that you have collected. |
| b. | Get together with your family and ask them for their input and wish lists. |
| c. | Come up with a budget you can live with. |
| d. | Draw a rough sketch of your floor plan and take measurements (or, if building, get floor plan from architect or builder. |
| e. | If you would like, print and fill out the Kitchen Planning Guide. |
| f. | Call us to make an appointment, or stop into our showroom. |
| VISITING OUR SHOWROOM | |
| The first time you stop into our showroom we will… | |
| a. | Answer any questions you may have. |
| b. | Review and/or assist you in establishing a budget. Give you some "ballpark" pricing. |
| c. | Discuss your scrapbook of ideas (if you have one.) |
| d. | Discuss your floor plan (if you have one)and go over some design ideas. |
| e. | Discuss your plans for utilizing the room you will be remodeling. |
| IF YOU LIKE WHAT YOU SEE… | |
| a. | We will come to your home and take measurements. |
| b. | We will create a design, draft perspectives and elevations and a floor plan. |
| c. | We will set up a meeting for you to discuss the design and pricing and discuss any potential modifications you would like to make. |
| d. | The design and installation specifications are then completed and your project is scheduled! |
| THE INSTALLATION PROCESS | |
| Several different LEVELS OF SERVICE are offered. | |
| a. | We will complete your entire project from tearout to final completion. You don't have to do a thing! |
| b. | We can "Supply Only" cabinetry, countertops, sinks and fixtures, ceramic tile, flooring. You may elect to do your project yourself or we will be happy to work with your builder architect and/or designer to coordinate the installation. |
| c. | You can suggest any level of service in-between to satisfy your needs! |
| Our carpenters each have over 20 years experience! They are expert craftsmen that show great attention to detail and take pride in professional service. In addition to offering installation for everything in the showroom…custom woodworking is available - and encouraged for that unique application! Care is taken to treat your home as if it were our own. Take comfort knowing that once your project is started - we stay until it's done! | |
